KATACARA, MAKASSAR– Universitas Hasanuddin kembali menyelenggarakan rapat koordinasi pimpinan guna mengevaluasi capaian target kinerja setiap unit kerja dalam lingkup Unhas. Rapat rutin setiap bulan ini dihadiri oleh unsur pimpinan baik tingkat rektorat, fakultas, lembaga maupun unit kerja lainnya.

Rapat yang dipimpin langsung oleh Rektor Unhas, Prof. Dr. Dwia Aries Tina Pulubuhu, MA, berlangsung mulai pukul 13.00 Wita secara virtual melalui aplikasi zoom meeting, Selasa (29/12).

Melalui sambutan pengantarnya, Prof Dwia memberikan apresiasi tinggi dan terima kasih kepada seluruh unit kerja yang telah melakukan upaya peningkatan capaian sebagai wujud mendukung capaian target kinerja Unhas.

Untuk tahun ini banyak hal yang telah diraih oleh Unhas, diantaranya perbaikan posisi nasional dalam klasterisasi Kemendikbud, akreditasi fasilitas laboratorium, capaian bidang kemahasiswaan, publikasi ilmiah, dan lainnya.

Prof Dwia menekankan kepada seluruh unit kerja untuk tetap berperan aktif dalam mengoptimalkan indikator penilaian mendukung Unhas menuju World Class University (WCU). Target tidak hanya berfokus pada satu unit kerja, namun memerlukan keterlibatan semua pihak. Selain itu, Prof Dwia juga mengingatkan proses adaptasi terhadap Indikator Kinerja Utama (KIU) Kemendikbud.

Untuk tahun depan, Prof Dwia berharap Science & Techno Park Unhas bisa segera terwujud. Olehnya itu, diperlukan upaya yang terintegrasi dari seluruh unit kerja dalam mendukung terbentuknya kawasan yang nantinya akan dikelola secara profesional, sebagai wadah mengsinergikan unsur akademik dan peran sosial perguruan tinggi.

“Kita bersyukur untuk capaian target kinerja tahun ini. Namun, science techno park ini yang belum terlaksana dan harus menjadi catatan akhir tahun kita. Jika dihadirkan, maka semua unit harus terintegrasi secara baik,” jelas Prof Dwia.

Usai mendengarkan saran dan masukan dari Rektor Unhas, rapat kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pemaparan dari masing-masing wakil rektor dan pimpinan fakultas serta lembaga. Selain menjelaskan capaian kinerja, juga didengarkan rencana pengembangan yang akan dilakukan dalam waktu mendatang.
