Dapur Keliling Ini Penuhi Asupan Gizi Korban Gempa di Sulbar

KATACARA, MAMUJU-Memasuki pekan kedua masa tanggap darurat di Sulawesi Barat, Darling (Dapur Umum Keliling) bertandang membersamai para korban gempa bumi di wilayah Mamuju. Pada Minggu (24/1/2021), armada mobile food truck Dompet Dhuafa tersebut menggulirkan layanannya di Pos Pengungsian Kantor Bupati, Jl. Soekarno-Hatta No. 1 Mamuju.

Dilokasi, Tim Darling memasak dan menyajikan menu kudapan ringan nan lezat juga kaya manfaat, yaitu bubur kacang hijau sebanyak 350 cup, serta dilengkapi dengan minuman dingin. Aksi layanan itu berlangsung sejak pukul 13.00 WITA hingga pukul 20.00 WITA.

“Warga yang terdampak gempa disini terlihat sangat antusias dengan sajian ringan ini, mereka juga butuh asupan bervariasi dan bergizi seperti bubur kacang hijau. Kami masak sejak siang, dan siap dibagikan pada sore hingga malam hari (Minggu, 24/01/2021) di Pos Pengungsian Kantor Bupati Mamuju,” jelas Asep Suryana, Koordinator Darling Dompet Dhuafa pada Respon Gempa Sulbar.

Selain dibagikan pada para penyintas, sajian olahan Tim Darling juga dibagikan kepada para Relawan dan petugas di Pos tersebut. Meskipun pada malam harinnya hujan mulai turun, para warga yang terdampak tetap berdatangan untuk mendapatkan sajian ala Darling itu.

“Bubur kacang hijau kami pilih sebagai menu ringan bergizi dan varian santapan yang dibutuhkan para penyintas maupun relawan. Disini (Pos Pengungsian Kantor Bupati) terdapat sekitar 105 KK (Kepala Keluarga) dan hampir semua kebagian,” sebut Asep Suryana.

Asep mengatakan, setiap harinya Darling akan hadir secara mobile dari Pos Pengungsian ke Pos Pengungsian lainnya. Tentunya dengan menu berbeda setiap harinya.

“Iya, kami akan mobile ke wilayah terdampak gempa di Mamuju dan Majene. Insha Allah, besok kami akan buat sajian bergizi lainnya seperti salad buah bahkan memasak menu makan berat juga,” tutup Asep.

Untuk menambah kehadiran Dapur Umum dalam respon gempa bumi yang mengguncang Sulbar, Dompet Dhuafa menggulirkan Darling dari Jakarta dan tiba di Makassar pada Jum’at (22/1/2021) siang. Kemudian konvoi bersama armada taktis serta ambulance rescue medis, Darling meneruskan perjalanannya dan tiba pada Sabtu (23/1/2021) di Pos Dompet Dhuafa Mamuju.

“Alhamdulillah dengan adanya dapur keliling ini, kami terbantukan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan. Sebab hingga kini kebutuhan pangan maupun logistik, menjadi kebutuhan dasar yang harus dipenuhi seperti kami yang saat ini berada di pengungsian,” ujar Edi salah satu warga terdampak gempa di Mamuju, yang mengantri mengambil bubur kacang hijau.
