KATACARA, MAKASSAR– Universitas Hasanuddin melalui Bagian Kepegawaian menyelenggarakan seleksi penerimaan calon dosen Non Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) Tetap. Kegiatan berlangsung mulai pukul 09.00 Wita secara luring terbatas dengan penerapan protokol Covid-19 di Baruga A.P Pettarani Unhas, Kampus Tamalanrea, Makassar, Rabu (02/06).

Sekretaris Universitas, Prof. Dr. Ir. Nasaruddin Salam, MT., menjelaskan proses penerimaan calon dosen Non PNS Tetap di lingkungan Unhas bertujuan untuk menyelaraskan antara tujuan dan target Unhas dengan ketersediaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) berkualitas.

Sebagai kampus PTN-BH, Unhas memiliki otonomi dalam berbagai aspek, misalnya dalam pembukaan program studi baru. Hal ini perlu ditunjang dengan ketersedian tenaga pengajar yang berperan penting dalam pengelolaan kampus.

” lDua fakultas terbuka secara umum yakni FKM dan Pertanian. Selebihnya, mengutamakan pendaftar yang merupakan dosen Unhas ber-NIDK atau yang sudah mengabdi,” jelas Prof. Nasaruddin.

Seleksi dilakukan dengan proses penjenjangan, 15 fakultas ditambah Sekolah Pascasarjana akan menerima dosen baru, kecuali Farmasi karena tidak ada peserta yang lulus administrasi

Lebih lanjut, Prof. Nasaruddin menambahkan para peserta yang nantinya lolos akan langsung memperoleh golongan jabatan sama seperti dosen dengan status PNS. Hal ini sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah Nomor 53 Tahun 2015 tentang Statuta Unhas yang menyebutkan non PNS Unhas setara dengan PNS. Sehingga memiliki hak dan tanggung jawab yang sama.

Dalam proses seleksi kali ini, tercatat sebanyak 225 pendaftar yang mengirimkan berkas lamaran. Namun, dengan berbagai syarat dan ketentuan administrasi yang berlangsung secara ketat, hanya 91 orang peserta yang lolos dan mengikuti ujian seleksi kompetensi dasar dengan jumlah kuota penerimaan sebanyak 25 peserta.

“Peserta yang lolos memiliki hak yang sama dengan dosen PNS di Unhas. Misal dosen jenjang magister atau spesialis akan memperoleh golongan III-B dengan jabatan akademik sebagai asisten ahli. Untuk doktor peroleh golongan lektor dengan golongan III-C,” ungkap Prof. Nasaruddin.

Melalui kegiatan ini, Prof. Nasaruddin berharap seluruh peserta yang nantinya dinyatakan lolos bisa memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap berbagai target kinerja Unhas. Beliau berharap, peserta yang lolos kedepan bisa melanjutkan pendidikan mereka, mengingat SDM Unhas merupakan aset jangka panjang.

Rencananya, Unhas akan kembali membuka proses penerimaan dosen baru, karena jumlah yang diterima kali ini relatif sedikit dibandingkan dengan kebutuhan Unhas. Apalagi dengan otonomi yang dimiliki Unhas sebagai PTN-BH memungkinkan pemenuhan SDM semakin besar.

Sesuai jadwal, proses seleksi calon dosen non PNS Tetap lingkup Unhas akan berlangsung hingga Jumat (18/06) dengan beberapa rangkaian test. Hasil pelaksanaan test Seleksi Kompetensi Dasar (SKD) hari ini akan diumumkan pada Jumat (04/06).
