KATACARA, MEDAN – Dompet Dhuafa Waspada salurkan paket keluarga sehat untuk masyarakat terdampak pandemi Covid di Sumatera Utara, Rabu (10/3/2021).

Adapun paket keluarga sehat ini terdiri dari sembako berupa beras, minyak, gula, bubuk teh serta masker dan handsanitizer.

Sulaiman selaku Pimpinan Cabang Dompet Dhuafa Waspada, mengatakan bahwa hal ini sengaja dilakukan guna membantu masyarakat terdampak Covid-19. “Sampai sekarang masih banyak saudara-saudara kita yang mengalami kesulitan ekonomi dikarenakan dampak dari pandemi Covid-19 oleh karena itulah kami masih terus berupaya untuk membantu saudara kita”.

Bahwa di tengah masa Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru (AKB) ini bantuan paket yang diberikan memang sengaja terdapat masker dan handsanitizer. “Karena memang saat ini masih dalam penerapan AKB, kita juga sengaja berikan masker dan handsanitizer untuk bisa digunakan masyarakat,” ucap Sulaiman.

Dengan adanya penyaluran paket itu, semoga masyarakat bisa terbantu dari segi ketahanan pangannya dan juga kesehatannya.

“Jadi harapanan kita itu ada dua, semoga bisa terjaga ketahanan pangannya dengan paket sembako yang diberikan dan terjaga sehatnya dengan senantiasa menggunakan masker serta handsinitizer,” tambah Sulaiman.

Salah satu penerima manfaat, Siti Khalilah, warga Desa Kota Matsum I, mengaku senang dan mengucapkan terima kasih atas paket yang diterimanya. “Terima kasih banyak atas paket yang diberikannya untuk kami sekeluarga ini, kami doakan semoga kita semua sehat-sehat selalu dan donatur yang menyumbangkan semakin murah rezeki”.
