KACARANEWS.COM, MAKASSAR- Muhammad Fahmi Fuad Idrus (21), mahasiswa angkatan 2017 jurusan Bahasa Arab Fakultas Agama Islam Universitas Muslim Indonesia (UMI) Makassar meninggal dunia saat mengikuti kegiatan Diksar Korps Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) UMI pada 4 Februari 2020 di Kabupaten Maros.

Kematiannya menuai kejanggalan dari keluarga, sebab ia sama sekali tak memiliki riwayat penyakit. Keluarga pun mempertanyakan perlakuan yang didapati almarhum saat mengikuti Diksar dari PMI tersebut. Terlebih, pasca kematian, pihak panitia tak memberi informasi jelas mengenai kronologi kematian kepada keluarga.

Kakak korban, Ikhsan Idrus mengatakan, keluarga baru mengetahui kabar kematian adiknya sekitar pukul 10.00 pagi. Saat itu, pihak panitia Diksar mengatakan, korban sempat pingsan di lokasi kejadian, setelahnya korban dibawa ke Rumah Sakit Umum Salewangang, Maros saat subuh.

Hanya saja, kata Ikhsan, saat keluarga menanyakan lebih jauh kronologi kematian almarhum, pihak panitia terkesan diam dan tak memberi informasi dengan jelas. (Abt)
