KATACARA, MAKASSAR– Staf Khusus Wapres Sukriansyah Mendukung dan Mengapresiasi PT. Taspen dalam Pengembangan Ekonomi Syariah

Jakarta – Staf Khusus Wakil Presiden bidang Infrastruktur dan Investasi Dr. Sukriansyah S Latief sangat mendukung dan mengapresiasi PT. Taspen (Persero) dalam upayanya mengembangkan perekonomian syariah nasional.

Hal ini disampaikan Stafsus Wapres Sukriansyah saat memimpin rapat terkait pengembangan ekonomi syariah bersama Direktur Utama PT. Taspen (Persero) A.N Steve Kosasih di Kantor Wakil Presiden, Selasa, 7 Nopember 2020.

Dalam penjelasannya Dirut PT. Taspen mengatakan dalam waktu dekat, paling lambat kuartal pertama 2021 akan memiliki Manajer Investasi yang memiliki izin syariah

“Paling lambat di kuartal pertama kami sudah memiliki manajer investasi yang memiliki izin syariah”, ujar doktor ilmu hukum PPs-Unhas ini.

Steve Kosasih menambahkan bahwa keberadaan perusahaan Manajer Investasi syariah nanti akan lebih memudahkan Taspen nanti dalam membuat dan memperkenalkan produk-produk syariah kepada nasabahnya.

“Sudah terbukti bahwa bisnis-bisnis yang berbasis syariah adalah bisnis yang masih dapat bertahan disaat kondisi ekonomi saat ini. Sehingga, kedepannya Taspen diharapkan akan lebih memberikan perhatian khusus pada bisnis dan ekonomi syariah”, imbuhnya.

Dalam rapat tersebut, Stafsus Wapres Sukriansyah sangat mendukung dan mengapresiasi manajemen Taspen yang memberikan perhatian khusus dalam pengembangan ekonomi syariah.

“Hal ini tentu akan mendukung proses percepatan pembangunan ekonomi syariah di Indonesia sebagaimana yang diharapkan oleh Pemerintah”, kata Sukriansyah.

Sperti diketahui PT. Taspen )Persero) merupakan BUMN yang mendapat tugas dari Pemerintah Indonesia untuk mengelola jaminan sosial bagi Aparatur Sipil Negara, Pejabat Negara, PPPK dan tenaga honorer pada instansi pemerintah yang memiliki total aset Rp.268 Triliun (data September 2020). Pandemi Covid 19 berimbas pada kinerja Taspen, berdasarkan data Laporan Keuangan September 2020 (unaudited), Taspen hanya meraih imbal hasil investasi atau Yield On Investment (YOI) sebesar 6.29% atau turun dibandingkan realisasi tahun 2019 senilai 8.5%.

Seiring dengan ramainya kasus gagal bayar Asuransi Jiwasraya, Taspen memastikan bahwa portofolio investasinya ditempatkan pada instrumen investasi fixed income yang sangat aman. Selanjutnya, Yulian Hadromi mengharapkan manajemen Taspen tetap terus menerapkan tata kelola (Good Corporate Governance ) yang baik termasuk melakukan prinsip kehati-hatian dalam menempatkan portofolio investasinya.
