Banjir Bandang Desa Alat, Hempaskan Sejumlah Fasilitas Umum

KATACARA, HULU SUNGAI TENGAH – Banjir Bandang yang menerjang pemukiman warga Desa Alat, Hantakan, Hulu Sungai Tengah (HST), pada Rabu lalu (13/1/2021), melumpuhkan segala aktifitas warga di sana. Seluruh rumah di desa 6 RT tersebut merasakan dampaknya. Dari yang terendam, rusak ringan, rusak parah, hingga hilang karena hanyut terbawa derasnya aliran banjir.

Di RT 02 Desa Alat, banjir bandang yang menerjang pemukiman warga menghanyutkan Musala Noor Hidayah dan sembilan rumah warga yang berada dekat dengan pinggiran sungai. Selain itu, jembatan penghubung warga RT 02 dan RT 03 juga turut hanyut diterjang derasnya air. Akibarnya, seluruh warga RT 02 yaitu sebanyak 110 KK harus mengungsi ke tempat yang lebih tinggi dengan mendirikan tenda-tenda darurat. Dengan kondisi rumah yang hanyut, rusak, dan masih belum pulih, keadaan mereka kini sangat kesulitan baik secara pangan dan papan. Solusinya, dengan dibantu oleh para tenaga sukarelawan, mereka mendirikan tenda-tenda terpal di tanah-tanah lapang sekitar rumah mereka, sebagai tempat berteduh dan memasak bersama.

Beberapa hari kemudian setelah kejadian, saat air sudah mulai tenang dan surut, warga mulai menuju rumahnya masing-masing untuk mencari dan menyelamatkan barang-barang yang tersisa. Beberapa warga lainnya membangun jembatan darurat yang dibuat dari rakitan bambu-bambu untuk kembali menghubungkan antara warga RT 02 dan RT 03.

“Langgar ini adalah satu-satunya yang dimiliki warga RT 02, dan sudah sangat lama ada sejak saya kecil. Kalau masjid adanya di RT 03, itu harus nyeberang dulu ke sana. Dulu pada tahun 2013 sempat ada banjir deras juga dan langgar Noor Hidayah kena dampak. Tapi masih bisa direnovasi. Sekarang langgarnya sudah hanyut di Sungai Alat,” cerita Muhammad Yani, ketua RT 02 Desa Alat, Hantakan, HST, pada Rabu (27/1/2021).

Selain Musala, Jembatan dan air bersih, mirisnya lagi mereka juga kesulitan untuk mencari tempat buang air. Sebuah bilik kecil di atas aliran sungai, mereka bangun untuk menjadi sebuah WC umum bagi para penyintas dan pengungsi yang ada di sana. Beberapa warga memilih untuk menempati rumahnya. Meski begitu, untuk buang air mereka masih harus berjalan menuju sungai. Sebab, kamar mandi rumah mereka masih rusak dan juga belum ada air yang dapat dialirkan ke rumah mereka.

Jasrani, salah satu korban banjir warga RT 03 Desa Alat, “Hingga hari ini (Rabu, 27/01) saya memilih untuk tetap menempati rumahnya. Saya berusaha sebisa mungkin untuk tetap tinggal di rumah, sekaligus berusaha memperbaiki dan menata kembali rumah serta barang-barang berharganya yang sempat terendam banjir”.

“Banyak orang yang rumahnya hilang. Yang rusak sampai rata dengan tanah juga banyak. Samping rumah saya saja ini roboh tidak tersisa. Kalau saya dan keluarga masih sebisa mungkin tinggal di rumah. Sekalian bersih-bersih. Cuma kalau kendalanya ya mungkin sama dengan yang lain, makanan, air bersih, dan tempat buang air,” ucap Jasrani.

Jasrani melanjutkan, untuk saat ini memang yang masih sangat terkendala adalah air bersih dan tempat buang air. Ada satu masjid yang masih bisa digunakan, namun lokasinya lebih jauh. Selain itu air juga masih sangat terbatas.

“Ada pasokan air bersih dari pemadam kebakaran. Tapi itu sangat terbatas. Hanya boleh kami gunakan untuk minum dan masak. Kalau untuk buang air, kami ke sungai,” lanjut Jasrani.

Koordinator aksi respon banjir Kalsel Disaster Management Center (DMC) Dompet Dhuafa, Maizar Hilmi mengatakan, “Berdasarkan temuan di lapangan, juga menurut pengakuan para penyintas, yang paling mereka butuhkan adalah air bersih dan MCK”.

    Howdy, i read your blog occasionally and i own a similar one and i was just wondering if you get a lot of spam comments? If so how do you prevent it, any plugin or anything you can advise? I get so much lately it’s driving me mad so any assistance is very much appreciated.
