Unhas Gelar Rapat Koordinasi Persiapan Vaksinasi Massal untuk Dosen dan Tendik

KATACARA, MAKASSAR– Universitas Hasanuddin memperoleh kesempatan awal untuk melaksanakan vaksinasi tahap dua bagi tenaga pelayan publik. Menurut rencana, pelaksanaan vaksinasi massal akan berlangsung esok hari, Kamis (4/3), di Gelanggang Olah Raga JK Arenatorium, mulai pukul 08.00 Wita.

Untuk mempersiapkan pelaksanaan vaksinasi ini, tim pelaksana mengadakan rapat persiapan, yang berlangsung secara daring melalui aplikasi zoom meeting, Rabu (3/3), pukul 14.00 Wita. Rapat dihadiri oleh Sekretaris Universitas (Prof. Dr. Ir. H. Nasaruddin Salam, MT), Dekan Fakultas Kedokteran, Dekan Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi, Direktur Rumah Sakit Pendidikan Unhas, para Kepala Biro, Kepala Bagian, dan Kepala Tata Usaha fakultas/unit kerja.

Direktur Komunikasi Unhas, Suharman Hamzah, Ph.D mengatakan bahwa vaksinasi massal ini patut disyukuri, karena Unhas memperoleh kesempatan pertama pada tahapan yang ditujukan untuk petugas pelayanan publik. Pelaksanaan vaksinasi akan dilakukan oleh petugas dari Dinas Kesehatan Kota Makassar, mulai pemberiaan nomor antrian, pendaftaran, skrining, dan vaksinasi. Unhas akan mempersiapkan dukungan teknis untuk kelancaran seluruh proses.

“Untuk vaksinasi kali ini, Unhas sebenarnya mengajukan 3.600 nama ke Dinas Kesehatan dan Kementerian Kesehatan. Akan tetapi, mengingat distribusi vaksin yang dilakukan secara bertahap, maka Unhas memperoleh alokasi sebanyak 1.000 vaksin untuk tahap ini,” kata Suharman.

Sekretaris Universitas, Prof. Dr. Ir. H. Nasaruddin Salam, menjelaskan bahwa sesuai ketentuan, vaksinasi Covid-19 wajib diikuti oleh seluruh Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) terutama yang dalam tugasnya berkaitan dengan pelayanan publik. Unhas berkomitmen untuk melaksanakan ketentuan tersebut, sehingga dapat memberikan kepercayaan bagi masyarakat.

“Dosen dan tenaga kependidikan di Unhas itu merupakan pelayan publik, yang dalam aktivitasnya berinteraksi dengan orang lain. Kita bersyukur memperoleh kesempatan vaksinasi pertama pada tahap kedua program vaksinasi nasional ini. Saya meminta agar sertifikat vaksin nantinya disetor ke bagian kepegawaian, sehingga bisa kita jadikan justifikasi bahwa kita memberi pelayanan publik,” kata Nasaruddin.

Prof. Nasaruddin juga menjelaskan bahwa bagian kepegawaian Unhas telah menyusun jadwal untuk mengatur giliran bagi dosen dan pegawai yang akan menerima vaksin. Untuk kesempatan pertama, vaksin akan diberikan kepada Majelis Wali Amanat, Senat Akademik, Dewan Profesor, Wakil Rektor/Sekretaris Universitas, Dekan/Wakil Dekan dan Ketua dan Sekretaris Gugus Pengendalian Mutu Fakultas/Sekolah, Pimpinan Lembaga/Satuan, Ketua dan Sekretaris Departemen/Kaprodi/Laboratorium, Direktur/Kepala Pusat/Kepala Biro/Kepala UPT.

Vaksinasi juga diberikan kepada dosen professor dan dosen yang berusia di atas 60 tahun dan tenaga kependidikan berusia di atas 50 tahun. Termasuk dalam periode pertama ini adalah Kepala Bagian, Kepala Sub Bagian Kantor Pusat/Fakultas/Sekolah/Lembaga/Satuan.

Pada kesempatan ini, berbagai masukan juga diberikan oleh Direktur Rumah Sakit Unhas, Dekan FK, dan Dekan FKG.

Dekan FK, Prof. dr. Budu, Sp.M(K), M.Med.Ed., Ph.D menjelaskan bahwa berdasarkan data vaksinasi tahap pertama, ada sekitar 5% calon penerima vaksin yang tertolak karena tidak memenuhi syarat. Data ini dapat dijadikan rujukan dalam mempersiapkan pelaksanaan vaksinasi bagi dosen dan pegawai Unhas.

Suharman Hamzah juga menginformasikan bahwa menurut koordinasi pemerintah setempat, Plt. Gubernur Sulsel dan Walikota Makassar berencana meninjau dan secara resmi membuka pelaksanaan vaksinasi.

“Kami mendapat kabar Bapak Plt. Gubernur akan berkunjung pada sekitar pukul 09.00 Wita, dan rencana akan melakukan peresmian vaksinasi. Mudah-mudahan beliau tidak ada jadwal mendadak lain dan bisa hadir besok,” kata Suharman.(*/ir)
