KATACARA, BULUKUMBA–Nun jauh mata memandang di bagian Utara Bulukumba, terdapat laksana sepotong surga tersembunyi yaitu desa di balik awan dengan keindahan pemandangan menawan.

Lokasi ini menyajikan bentangan kaki Pegunungan Lompobattang, menyentuh daerah ini, terdapat pesona alam perbukitan begitu indah dan lembabnya udara hutan tropis.

Juga terdapat satu puncak bukit yang begitu elok dan diberi nama Tanjung Donggia. Tanjung Donggia terletak di Dusun Lurayya, Desa Kahayya, Kecamatan Kindang, Bulukumba, dapat menjadi salah satu pilihan destinasi wisata di Bulukumba selain Kajang, Tanjung Bira dan lainnya.

Lokasi ini dengan ketinggian 1400 meter di atas permukaan laut (mdpl). Jaraknya sekitar 40 kilometer dari Kota Bulukumba sehingga panorama di desa ini begitu indah dengan jajaran perbukitan yang berbaris dengan kokohnya.

Sungai berliuk-liuk mengikuti lekukan kaki bukit dan menjadi pembatas antara wilayah Kabupaten Sinjai dengan kabupaten Bulukumba.

Panorama alam ini diikuti suara air y
mengalir di kaki gunung dan hijauhnya pepohonan mengelilingi gunung yang begitu subur.

Menjadikan suasana di Desa Kahayya menjadi daya tarik tersendiri dan cuaca sejuk menjadi faktor utama bagi mayoritas warga Kahayya bercocok tanam seperti kopi, jagung,dan tembakau.

Kopi menjadi salah satu sumber mata pencaharian masyarakat di desa ini.
Ditempat ini kita juga bisa melihat hamparan kebun kopi yang dibudidayakan secara alami oleh masyarakat setempat tanpa menggunakan pupuk kimia sedikit pun.

Jenis kopi pun sama seperti di Kabupaten Toraja, yakni robusta dan arabika yang sudah terkenal hingga ke mancanegara, adapun kripik khas Kahayya yang terbuat dari buncis.

Dalam perjalanan menuju ke daerah tersebut dibutuhkan perjuangan cukup melelahkan karena jalanan menuju ke lokasi itu, masih belum layak masih terdapat pengerasan,bebatuan dan tanah yang licin dan terdapat tikungan yang berliku-liku serta tanjakan.

Namun, dalam perjalanan kita bisa menikmati keindahan alam begitu indah karena melihat lembah dan pepohonan yang begitu subur membuat rasa lelah seketika menjadi hilang.

Walaupun tempat ini belum asing di telinga masyarakat luas karena berada di pelosok desa tetapi sudah banyak warga sekitar Kahayya yang mempostingnya ke sosial media.

Menurut mereka keindahan yang dimiliki Tanjung Donggia menjadi destinasi wisata puncak yang paling bagus untuk dijadikan spot berfoto selfie oleh pengunjung terutama para remaja.

Saat di pagi hari ketika sunrise mulai memperlihatkan keindahannya sembari menikmati secangkir kopi khas Kahayya membuat para pendaki sangat menikmati perjalanannya dalam berpetualang.

Tanjung Donggia sementara belum dilengkapi fasilitas penginapan. Namun terdapat tempat duduk terbuat dari batang bambu dan atapnya dari rumput,dan terdapat pula spot foto yaitu pintu rumah yang berbentuk segitiga yang ketika di buka langsung melihat pemandangan dengan kabut yang begitu tebal.Di lokasi ini sudah tersedia makanan dan minuman untuk dipesan.

Selain itu, untuk masuk ke Donggia kita cukup membayar Rp.5.000,- perorang, dulu tidak dikenakan biaya tarif tapi sekarang karena kebutuhan perbaikan jadi sudah dikenakan tarif biaya.

Adapun dulu tulisan “Donggia” yang dibuat warga dari bahan rotan,namun sekarang sudah diperbarui dengan tulisan “Donggia Hilss” yang terbuat dari tripleks.

Panggung tersebut juga kerap digunakan untuk kegiatan pementasan seni oleh pelajar maupun warga umum yang berkunjung

Sudah banyak orang yang berkunjung ke tempat ini ada yang menginap dalam rangka pelantikan atau acara sekolah,maupun bagi pengunjung yang hanya sekedar mengisi waktu luang

Di lokasi ini tempatnya sangat bagus untuk berkemah apalagi pada saat sore dan pagi hari kita bisa melihat sunrise dan sunset.

Meskipun fasilitas di tempat ini masih terbatas, warga memperbolehkan pengunjung untuk menginap atau memenuhi keperluan lainnya seperti menggunak.
