KATACARA, FLORES TIMUR, – Hingga kini (Rabu, 7/4/2021) sejumlah relawan maupun masyarakat mulai bergotong-royong membangun sejumlah fasilitas umum pasca di terjang banjir bandang pada Minggu lalu (4/4/2021). Meski saat ini masih terjadi hujan ringan hingga sedang tidak menyulutkan untuk membangun kembali jembatan yang terputus hingga membersihkan material yang menimpa sejumlah rumah dan jalanan di Desa Waiwerang Kecamatan Adonara Timur, Kabupaten Flores Timur.
Hingga sore tadi (Rabu, 7/4/2021) melalui pesan WhatsApp, tim SAR Disaster Management Center (DMC) Dompet Dhuafa (DD) selain mensisir pencarian korban hilang, juga membantu para petugas relawan lainnya dalam pembuatan jembatan darurat dengan peralatan seadanya. Sehingga cukup memudahkan akses pendistribusian logistik maupun kebutuhan lainnya bagi warga yang terdampak.
Di sisi lain nampak kesibukan para relawan menyiapkan logistik berupa paket konsumsi untuk pengungsi di Kampus 1 MAN Waiwerang, “Kami mendirikan tiga titik dapur umum, dengan titik pertama di Kampus 1 MAN Waiwerang, kami di sini menyiapkan 300 nasi bungkus dan 200 Cup Bubur Kacang Hijau dengan jumlah penerima manfaat sebanyak 179 jiwa. Di lokasi yang berbeda yakni di Pondok Wahidiyah Desa Waiwerang kami juga menyiapkan 62 paket konsumsi dengan jumlah penerima manfaat mencapai 32 jiwa dan di titik terakhir yakni di Pos Pengungsian Kantor Desa Lamahala, kami menyiapkan 130 paket konsumsi dengan jumlah penerima manfaat mencapai 75 Jiwa,” ujar Sanadi, Penanggung Jawab Tim SAR DMC DD yang saat ini berada di lokasi lebih tepatnya di Pos pengungsian Kampus 1 MAN Waiwerang, Adonara Timur, Flores Timur, NTT.
Di titik Pos Pengungsian Kampus 1 MAN Waiwerang terdapat Pos Medis dari Layanan Kesehatan DMC DD, “Hilir mudik para pengungsi yang membutuhkan penanganan medis hingga sore ini cukup banyak, mayoritas para pengungsi mengalami luka-luka dan segera kami melakukan tindakan. Tidak hanya itu para pengungsi mulai mengalami gejala flu, demam serta batuk. Pada pelayanan hari ini terdapat 15 pasien yang terdiri dari 7 Dewasa, 6 Anak-anak dan 3 bayi, dengan peralatan dan stok obat-obatan yang kami bawa seadanya, kami berharap layanan kesehatan ini bisa maksimal memberikan layanan medis bagi warga yang terdampak, ” ujar dr. Zainab Aqila, selaku Penanggung Jawab Layanan Kesehatan di Adonara Timur, Flores Timur, NTT.
Sejauh ini kebutuhan mendesak bagi para pengungsi yakni sembako, perlengkapan bayi, medis, hygiene kit dan matras. Sementara di lokasi yang berbeda akses jalan menuju Kecamatan Ile Ape Timur terputus sehingga belum dapat diakses para relawan maupun petugas dalam mendistribusikan bantuan.
Melihat data BNPB pukul 13.00 WIB, per 07 April 2020, dampak bencana banjir bandang telah mengakibatkan 138 Jiwa meninggal dunia, 61 Jiwa hilang, 129 jiwa luka-luka, 1.700 Kepala Keluarga (KK) atau 4.829 Jiwa terdampak dan 2.019 (KK) atau 13.266 Jiwa mengungsi. Dan di sisi lain kerugian material meliputi 688 unit rumah rusak berat, 272 unit rumah rusak sedang, 154 unit rumah rusak ringan, 60 unit rumah terendam, 1992 unit rumah terdampak, 87 unit fasum terdampak dan 24 unit fasum rusak berat.
