KATACARA, JAKARTA– Pandemi Covid-19 belum usai yang turut membawa dampak lesunya ekonomi. Berbagai perusahaan mengalami penurunan omset dan tak sedikit pula yang terpaksa mengurangi jumlah tenaga kerja. Kehadiran program sentra ternak DD Farm dari Dompet Dhuafa yang menjadi bagian Aksi Peduli Dampak Corona (APDC), sebagai solusi di tengah krisis ekonomi bagi masyarakat sekitar, sedikit membawa angin segar. Bahkan program yang bergulir di sejumlah daerah tersebut, mulai menyerap pendamping program dari masyarakat setempat yang terdampak pemutusan hubungan kerja akibat pandemi.

“Jika kita melihat data data jumlah orang yang bekerja di sektor pertanian dan peternakan tumbuh lebih dari 2% di tengah pandemi. Hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa sektor tersebut dapat menciptakan lapangan kerja. Kalau begitu kelompok menengah ke atas jumlahnya lebih banyak dan saya yakin sekitar 40 juta keluarga dapat berbelanja kurban. Maka itu sangat membantu dalam menggerakkan perekonomian rakyat. Karena sebagian besar orang Indonesia itu berkurban dengan kambing, dan kambing ini adalah hewan ternak yang diternak di domestik bukan dari impor. Maka dengan hal tersebut, akan berdampak besar pada ekonomi perternak kecil. Jadi kalau ada 29 juta orang bekerja di sektor pertanian dan peternakan, kemudian belanja, maka akan ada optimisme bahwa sebenarnya ekonomi kita tidak berhenti,” ujar Hendri Saparini Ph.D., selaku Ekonom Senior pada acara konferensi pers Tebar Hewan Kurban Dompet Dhuafa yang berlangsung secara daring, pada Rabu (23/6/2021).

“Bahwa inilah saatnya untuk berbelanja dan untuk tidak menahan belanja kurban. Karena itu akan berdampak bagi jutaan peternak di Indonesia, dan itu akan menjadi harapan baru bahwa ekonomi Indonesia ada kesempatan untuk pulih,” tambah Hendri Saparini.

Optimisme laju ekonomi di tengah pandemi tidak terlepas dari pemerataan daging kurban, hal ini turut dipaparkan oleh Ahsin Aligori, selaku Peneliti Senior IDEAS, “Fakta menarik riset IDEAS di tahun 2020 lalu, ternyata Jabodetabek merupakan pasar utama kurban terbesar di Indonesia dan secara pendistribusian mengalami surplus sampai 24.000 ton daging kurban yang berputar di Jabodatabek. Sementara di wilayah lain mengalami defisit daging kurban. Dengan adanya kurban diharapkan bisa menjadi momentum pemerataan daging kurban ke pelosok secara adil. Sehingha masyarakat pedesaan dapat terpenuhi konsumsi protein hewani yang sampai saat ini masih terjadi ketimpangan, antara kota dengan desa mengenai konsumsi protein hewani.”

Pandemi ini menambah jumlah kemiskinan. Melalui Bantuan Langsung Tunai saja belum bisa mencukupi untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari. Dengan adanya kurban ini bisa dimaksimalkan dalam membantu masyarakat dalam pemenuhan gizi, beban masyarakat di tengah pandemi ini tidak hanya untuk kebutuhan konsumsi, namun juga kebutuhan vitamin. “Mayoritas pekurban adalah orang kaya di Jabodetabek dan pendistribusian kurban masih di area yang sama. Sehingga melalui Dompet Dhuafa dapat menyalurkan di luar Jabodetabek, bahkan di luar Pulau Jawa. Berkurban di Dompet Dhuafa tidak hanya membeli tetapi juga membina peternak kecil. Kita bisa menebarkan banyak kebaikan bukan hanya di daerah kita sendiri. Melainkan di wilayah lain yang jarang berkurban. Semoga dengan adanya kurban, banyak lagi masyarakat yang dapat menikmati hasil kurban,” ujar Dr. Aviliani SE, M.Si selaku Pengamat Ekonomi.

Sementara Sugeng Sri Widodo, selaku GM Pemberdayaan dan Pengembangan Zakat Dompet Dhuafa mengatakan, “Ada sebelas sentra ternak tersebar di seluruh Indonesia yang menyuplai 13.064 setara doka. Di sisi lain keberadaan sentra ternak melibatkan para mustahik maupun masyarakat sekitar dalam upaya mendongkrak potensi masyarakat desa dengan pola pendampingan dan pelatihan. Selain itu pengadaan stok hewan kurban juga didukung oleh partisipasi para mitra yang meliputi dari Aceh hingga Papua. Dengan ketersediaan stok dari 38.936 ekor hewan kurban setara doka”.

“Justru dengan keadaan di tengah pandemi, Distribusi hewan kurban harus lebih banyak secara volume dan sebaran wilayahnya, agar semakin banyak masyarakat terdampak pandemi dapat terbantu. Untuk target Dompet Dhuafa lebih dari 52.000 ekor setara doka. Dengan pertimbangan unit produksi, bisa kita pastikan berjalan, semua ini bisa berjalan dengan antusiasme pekurban dan mengajak pekurban dalam pendistribusian kurban. Maka kolaborasi kecil ini diharapkan membantu masyarakat yang jatuh akibat pandemi,” ujar Bambang Suherman, selaku Direktur Komunikasi dan Aliansi Strategis, dalam paparannya.

“Dompet Dhuafa mengusung nilai-nilai kemanusiaan, tanpa ada sekat-sekat demografi maupun geografi. Bahwa keterlibatan Dompet Dhuafa dalam pengelolaan distribusi kurban proporsi sangat kecil, karena kemampuan kelembagaan dan ruang partisipasi simbolik substansial, kita harus membantu meringankan saudara-saudara kita di luar negeri. Baik dalam negeri kita bisa menyuplai di luar negeri, sebagai wujud meringankan saudara-saudara kita. Bisa mendapatkan suplai bantuan, meskipun tidak terlalu lama,” ujar Bambang Suherman, saat mengulas program kurban Dompet Dhuafa untuk porsi luar negeri.

Dompet Dhuafa memastikan dalam penerapan kurban melalui aspek protokol kesehatan. Baik dari pekerja kurban hingga pendistribusian tetap kita jaga secara kesehatan sehingga hewan kurban tetap aman.
