KATACARA, JAKARTA – Pada kesempatan webinar PFPreneur yang diselenggarakan oleh Pertamina Foundation, Direktur Utama PT Pertamina (Persero), Nicke Widyawati yang diwakilkan oleh Direktur SDM PT Pertamina (Persero), Koeshartanto menyampaikan pesan dan dukungannya kepada perempuan Indonesia khususnya para peserta program PFPreneur untuk tetap semangat menjadi pelopor perubahan bagi masyarakat di sekitar mereka. Dengan menjadi womanpreneur yang mandiri dan sukses di masa resesi Ekonomi yang sedang terjadi selama masa pandemi saat ini, diharapkan perempuan Indonesia mampu mengajak perempuan lainnya bersatu padu dalam menggerakan perekonomian keluarga dan kesejahteraan masyarakat di daerah tempat tinggal mereka.

“Berdasarkan data BPS, kita tahu bahwa kontribusi UMKM di Indonesia itu sangat besar dan menyumbang sebesar 60% dari total PDB Indonesia. Selain itu, 60% dari pelaku UMKM didominasi oleh perempuan. Maka, kita dapat simpulkan sebenarnya perempuan itu memiliki potensi besar sebagai wirausahawan. Saya yakin, para peserta PFPreneur dapat menjadi bagian dari pembangunan kesejahteraan keluarga dan masyarakat. Namun, harus tertanam dulu pemikiran dalam diri kita, bahwa seseorang mampu mengubah dunia ketika dirinya mampu mengubah pribadinya sendiri ke arah yang positif,” jelas Koeshartanto.

Webinar PFPreneur merupakan tema program penutup dari serangkaian PFestWebinar yang telah berlangsung sejak tanggal 16 November lalu dan akan selesai pada hari esok, 25 November 2020. PFPreneur merupakan salah satu program dari lima program unggulan Pertamina Foundation yang berfokus pada pemberdayaan perempuan di bidang kewirausahaan. Program ini telah mendapatkan perhatian besar dari publik khususnya perempuan yang telah terbukti berdasarkan jumlah pendaftarnya yang mencapai 2431 yang tercakup dalam 826 tim kelompok perempuan. Tujuan diadakannya program PFPreneur ini ialah untuk membantu mempertahankan dan mengembangkan potensi Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia menjadi lebih modern dan kompetitif serta meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan mental kewirausahaan yang dimiliki oleh perempuan Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, untuk semakin mengoptimalkan potensi UMKM dan kualitas sumber daya perempuan, Pertamina Foundation mengadakan webinar khusus para peserta program PFPreneur.

Tahun ini, webinar PFPreneur juga membahas seluk-beluk kewirausahaan dari berbagai perspektif meliputi kebijakan pemerintah, akademisi, motivator, dan pelaku bisnis. Webinar PFPreneur yang bertajuk “Women Leaders and Entrepreneur” ini, turut menghadirkan Cinta Laura Kiehl sebagai salah satu bintang tamu yang ikut memotivasi dan memberikan wawasan terkait “Perempuan Indonesia Berdaya dan Mandiri”. Artis cantik tersebut merupakan icon program PFPreneur dikarenakan latar belakang Cinta yang tak hanya berprofesi sebagai artis melainkan juga berpengalaman sebagai pebisnis perempuan yang sukses di bidang fashion. Oleh karena itu, Cinta sangat mengapresiasi semangat para perempuan yang mendaftar program PFPreneur dengan memberikan tips bagi para perempuan agar dapat lebih mandiri dan terampil dalam menjalankan sebuah bisnis.

Tak kalah istimewa, salah satu staf khusus millenial presiden sejak 2019 hingga sekarang, Putri Indahsari Tanjung juga mendukung pergerakan perempuan dalam bidang kewirausahaan. Terlebih, Putri juga merupakan sosok perempuan yang aktif dalam menyebarkan virus entrepreneurship ke seluruh Indonesia melalui bisnisnya yang bernama Creativepreneur Event Creator. Putri membagikan pengalamannya terkait “UMKM Go Digital Prospek Wirausaha Modern”.

“Saya percaya Indonesia butuh lebih banyak lagi perempuan hebat yang mampu menjadi penggerak perekonomian bangsa.
