KATACARA, MAROS–Pengurus Dewan Pendidikan Kabupaten Maros mengadakan kunjungan ke kantor DPRD Kabupaten Maros Selasa (29/12/2020).

Pada kunjungan tersebut rombongan Dewan Pendidikan, dipimpin Ketua Dewan Pendidikan Maros Drs. H. Abd. Azis Zakariah, M.Pd, diterima Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Maros, H. Andi Patarai Amir, S.E, di ruang kerjanya.

Pertemuan itu dikemas dalam acara dialog akhir tahun 2020 dengan suasana resmi tapi santai.

Kesempatan ini Dewan Pendidikan menyampaikan saran dan masukan tentang perkembangan pendidikan selama 2020 dan dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan evaluasi feedback untuk perbaikan mutu pendidikan pada tahun selanjutnya.

Takbir, S.Pd., M.Pd. selaku Wakil Ketua Dewan Pendidikan Kabupaten Maros menyampaikan regulasi pendidikan di Kabupaten Maros.

Selama Covid 19, kegiatan belajar mengajar siswa beralih ke pembelajaran daring hanya mengacu kompetensi pengetahuan, namun pembinaan karakter dan keterampilan anak sangat terbatas dilakukan guru” ungkap Kepala Sekolah SMAN 1 Maros.

Pembelajaran online banyak permasalahan diantaranya ada siswa tidak memiliki HP atau fasilitas elektronik, jaringan sinyal kurang maksimal, sehingga perlu ada standar operasional tentang teknis protokol kesehatan yang ketak di sekolah sehingga berharap di awal 2021, sekolah sudah bisa dibuka kembali walaupun pandemi Covid 19 tetap dianggap masih ada, ungkap Takbir.

Di samping itu, ada beberapa usulan Dewan Pendidikan Kabupaten Maros untuk bisa dijadikan pertimbangan DPRD Maros merumuskan kebijakan pendidikan yaitu: (1) Regulasi Permen 75 Tahun 2017 tentang komite sekolah; (2) Semua sekolah diberikan bantuan pembiayaan melalui program BOSDA; (3) Penempatan pimpinan (jabatan) di lingkup dinas pendidikan disesuaikan dengan kompetensi keahliannya atau latarbelakang pendidikannya; (4) Penempatan/mutasi Kepala Sekolah sebaiknya dilibatkan/rekomendasi Dewan Pendidikan (penjabaran PP No. 17/2010 tentang pengelolaan dan penyelenggaraan pendidikan); (5) Dewan Pendidikan dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggungjawabnya dalam mengawal peningkatan mutu pendidikan, maka anggaran Dewan Pendidikan Kabupaten Maros perlu dimasukkan dalam APBD Kabupaten Maros.

Ketua DPRD Maros, H. Andi Patarai Amir, S.E, mengapresiasi usulan Dewan Pendidikan di atas dengan beberapa catatan.

Ada beberapa usulan menarik ditindaklanjuti dan akan diteruskan ke pemerintah daerah, tapi menyangkut masalah penempatan jabatan tentu ada mekanisme dan aturannya, namun untuk peningkatan mutu pendidikan di Kabupaten Maros tentu kita bisa menyusun SOP-nya” ungkap H. Andi Patarai Amir yang juga mantan Wakil Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Maros pada periode yang lalu.

Akhir dialog dibahas masalah fasilitas pendidikan. Dari pantauan Dewan Pendidikan hampir semua SD/Inpres di Kabupaten Maros tidak memiliki gedung kantor permanen dilengkapi ruang kepala sekolah, ruang guru, ruang staf administrasi, dan toilet seperti di SDN 134 Pucak Kecamatan Tompobulu, menurut kepala sekolahnya sejak berdiri sekolah ini belum pernah menerima bantuan pembangunan kantor.

Dengan demikian sekolah ini hanya menempati ruang kelas yang dijadikan sebagai kantor sementara.

Anggota Dewan Pendidikan Maros yang hadir mendampingi Ketua dan Wakil Ketua adalah Drs. H.A.M. Arifin Ali, M.Hum, Drs. H. Baso Saleh, Abd. Azis Pata, SE., M.Si., Hj. Agusnawati, S.TP., M.Hum, dan Dr. H. Syahruddin, S.Pd., M.Pd.

Tindak lanjut hasil dialog ini, maka Ketua DPRD Maros akan memediasi pelaksanaan rapat kerja antara Dewan Pendidikan, Komisi III DPRD Kabupaten Maros, Dinas Pendidikan, Satuan Tugas Covid 19 tingkat Kabupaten-Kecamatan-Kelurahan/Desa.

Jadwal rapat kerja diagendakan bulan Januari tahun 2021. Kalau bukan kita siapa lagi, kalau bukan sekarang kapan lagi untuk memajukan pendidikan di Butta Salewangang Maros. Demikian rilis dari anggota Dewan Pendidikan Maros, Dr. H. Syahruddin, S.Pd., M.Pd.
