KATACARA, MAKASSAR–Rektor Universitas Hasanuddin Prof. Dr. Dwia Aries Tina Pulubuhu, MA., secara resmi meluncurkan rangkaian kegiatan Dies Natalis ke-65 Universitas Hasanuddin. Acara peluncuran berlangsung mulai pukul 10.00 Wita secara luring terbatas dengan penerapan protokol Covid-19 di Lantai Dasar Gedung Rektorat Unhas, Kampus Tamalanrea, Makassar, Kamis (08/07).

Dekan FK Unhas Prof. dr. Budu, Ph.D., Sp.M (K), M.Med.Ed., selaku Ketua Umum Panitia Dies Natalis ke-65 menjelaskan bahwa tahun ini panitia menetapkan slogan “CHAMPION: Credible, Humanism, Prestigious in New Normal”. Dies Natalis ke-65 sendiri mengusung tema “Memperkokoh Humanisme dan Championship di Era Normal Baru”. Tema ini sejalan dengan berbagai capaian Unhas ditengah pandemi Covid-19 yang terus mengoptimalkan pencapaian target kinerja yang mengedepankan unsur humaniversity.

“Dies Natalis ke-65 ini memiliki nilai historis dan penting. Setelah kami menerima Surat Keputusan Kepanitian Dies Natalis dari ibu Rektor diawal tahun 2021, kami langsung melakukan pertemuan secara internal dan mempersiapkan bersama apa saja yang dapat dilakukan,” jelas Prof. Budu.

Lebih lanjut, Prof. Budu memaparkan berbagai rangkaian kegiatan yang nantinya dilakukan untuk menyambut acara puncak Dies Natalis pada 10 September mendatang. Setelah peluncuran hari ini, rangkaian kegiatan untuk menyemarakkan acara puncak seperti yoga immunity, seminar ilmiah dan kegiatan lainnya.

Rektor Unhas Prof. Dr. Dwia Aries Tina Pulubuhu, MA., memberikan apresiasi kepada para panitia yang telah mempersiapkan kegiatan. Beliau mengatakan, tema Dies Natalis ke-65 sangat sesuai dengan usia Unhas saat ini, yang memasuki kematangan dan stabil.

“Saya berharap kegiatannya bisa semarak dan berkesan dengan tetap menyesuaikan situasi pandemi. Semoga seluruh kegiatan yang telah disusun berjalan lancar dan sesuai dengan harapan kita bersama,” jelas Prof. Dwia.

Perayaan Dies Natalis ke-65 Unhas tahun ini dipercayakan kepada Fakultas Kedokteran sebagai Ketua Panitia didampingi Fakultas Pertanian. Kedua Fakultas ini saling berkolaborasi mempersiapkan berbagai kegiatan yang mendukung puncak Dies Natalis Unhas nantinya.

Acara puncak Dies Natalis Unhas diperingati pada setiap tanggal 10 September. Sebagaimana lazimnya pada tahun-tahun sebelumnya, berbagai kegiatan digelar baik sebelum maupun setelah hari jadi. (*/mir)
