KATACARA, JAKARTA,- Menteri Pertanian Syahrul Yasin Limpo (Mentan SYL) bersama Pangdam Jaya, Mayjen TNI Dudung Abdurachman mengunjungi pengrajin tahu tempe dan sekaligus melakukan gerakan stabilisasi pasokan dan harga pasar kedelai di Semanan, Kalideres, Jakarta Barat, Kamis (7/1/2021). Gerakan stabilisasi ini dengan menggandeng Gabungan Koperasi Produsen Tempe Tahu Indonesia (Gakoptindo) serta Asosiasi Importir Kedelai Indonesia (Akindo), dengan harga kedelai Rp 8.500 per kg di tingkat pengrajin sehingga kebutuhan kedelai terpenuhi.

Mentan SYL mengatakan konsumsi kedelai impor cukup tinggi karna harganya jauh lebih murah dibandingkan kedelai lokal. Saat ini kenaikan harga terjadi secara global sehingga menimbulkan kendala di pasar lokal.

“Konstraksi pada kedelai terjadi secara global. Selama ini tempe tahu yang kita konsumsi banyak menggunakan kedelai impor karna harganya lebih murah. Pasokan kita aman, namun memang harga naik karna negara produsen mengalami kendala,” ucap SYL.

SYL menegaskan Kementan bersama dengan stakeholder saat ini bersama dalam menjaga stabilitas harga kedelai di tengah polemik kenaikan harga yang terjadi saat ini. Ada 3 agenda yang akan dilakukan Kementan untuk terus memantau pasokan dan harga kedelai dalam negri.

“Pertama agenda SOS yakni stabilisasi harga, pasokan tidak boleh ada yang terganggu sehingga ketersedian harus dipastikan aman. Harga tidak boleh terlalu turun dan tidak boleh terlalu naik, khawatirnya konstraksi ini hanya sementara,” ujarnya.

Mentan menambahkan agenda SOS menjadi agenda 100 hari. Kedua, agenda temporary yakni dalam 200 hari kedepan produktivitas lokal harus ditingkatkan. Ketiga, agenda panjang Indonesia bisa suplay kebutuhan kedelai secara mandiri sehingga saat negara lain mengalami kendala tidak berimbas didalam negeri.

“Masyarakat kita rata-rata pemakan tahu tempe jadi kedelai ini tidak boleh bersoal. Kita segera lakukan langkah konkret dilapangan sebagai upaya menstabilkan harga dulu. Mudah mudahan harga stabil bukan hanya di Jakarta namun di Jawa, serta daerah lain juga,” terangnya.

Selain itu, SYL pun mendorong pengrajin tahu tempe untuk menggunakan kedelai lokal pasalnya kualitas lebih bagus dibanding kedelai impor. Oleh karenanya, ia memfokuskan program tahun 2021 ini termasuk dalam peningkatan produksi kedelai.

“Kami siapkan pasokan kedelai kokal, produksi kita genjot. Kedelai kita pendek-pendek, manis dan disukai masyarakat sehingga ke depan dorong budidayanya. Sesuai arahan Presiden Jokowi, hal ini untuk penuhi kebutuhan pengrajin tahu tempe. Kita carikan jalan keluarnya agar harga tahu tempe dengan kedelai lokal harganya terjangkau,” tuturnya.

Sementara itu, Kepala Badan Ketahanan Pangan (BKP) Kementan, Agung Hendriadi mengatakan lauching operasi pasar tersebut merupakan lanjutan dari upaya pengendalian harga dan pasokan yang dilakukan Kementan menggandeng Gapoktindo dan Asosiasi Importir Kedelai Indonesia (Akindo) yang sudah dilakukan pada 5 Januari lalu.

“Pertemuan antara Gabungan Koperasi Produsen Tempe Tahu Indonesia dan Asosiasi Importir Kedelai Indonesia kemaren sudah dilakukan untuk menyepakati langkah langkah yang bisa dilakukan dalam menstabilkan harga,” ucap Agung.

Agung mengatakan berdasarkan kesepakatan tersebut maka dalam 100 hari pasokan dan harga kedelai bisa stabil khususnya pulau jawa, berdasarka surat edaran harga di pengrajin Rp.8.500 per kg.

“Mekanisme distribusi  dipotong untuk menekan harga distribusi sehingga nanti importir langsung ke pengrajin. Acara launching ini juga menjadi bukti dimulainya kesepakatan ini,” kata Agung

Ketua Umum Gapoktindo, Aip Syarifuddin mengapresiasi upaya pemerintah dalam menstabilkan harga di kalangan pengrajin. Dirinya mengaku saat ini produksi sudah kembali berjalan lancar dan pengrajin tahu tempe saat ini sudah bisa merasa aman dengan harga yang sudah disepati.

” Terima kasih Menteri Pertanian, Pangdam untuk langkah konkret nya. Ini benar benar sangat membantu. Kini harga dari Akindo sudah Rp 8.500 perkilogram dan kami tidak menaikkan sepeser pun di pengrajin,” tukas Aip.
