DD Sulut Bersama Sinergi Amal Dirikan Pos Dapur Umum, Sediakan Ratusan Paket Konsumsi Bagi Ratusan Warga Terdampak Banjir di Manado

KATACARA, MANADO- Akibat curah hujan dengan intensitas cukup tinggi, pada Sabtu kemarin, 16 Januari 2021, dari pagi hingga malam hari, menyebabkan sejumlah Kelurahan dari semua Kecamatan di Kota Manado terdampak banjir.

Pada keterangan siaran persnya, Jakarta, Minggu (07/01/2021), Kepala Pusat Data, Informasi dan Komunikasi Kebencanaan BNPB, Raditya Jati mengatakan, “Peristiwa ini telah menyebabkan lima orang meninggal dunia dan satu orang hilang masih dalam pencarian, di sisi lain 500 jiwa mengungsi yang masih dalam proses pendataan. Sejumlah Kecamatan terdampak peristiwa ini diantaranya yaitu Kecamatan Tikala, Kecamatan Paal Dua, Kecamatan Malalayang, Kecamatan Sario, Kecamatan Bunaken, Kecamatan Tuminting, Kecamatan Mapanget, Kecamatan Singkil dan Kecamatan Wenang”.

“Sampai tadi sore Dompet Dhuafa Sulawesi Utara berkolaborasi bersama Sinergi Amal membuka pos dapur umum untuk mengakomodasi konsumsi para warga yang terdampak banjir di Manado. Kami menyiapkan ratusan paket konsumsi dengan gizi seimbang. Dapur umum kami berada di Jalan Adipura, Mapanget, Manado, Sulawesi Utara,”ujar Silva Ellong, Pimpinan DD Sulut.

Hingga saat ini menurut pantauan tim DD Sulut bersama relawan yang berada di lokasi, banjir mulai berangsur-angsur surut, namun warga tetap dihimbau agar selalu waspada dan siaga ditengah musim hujan yang terjadi khususnya di wilayah Manado.
