Kehadiran Peserta UTBK SBMPTN di Pusat UTBK Unhas Capai 95%

KATACARA, MAKASSAR–+Pelaksanaan Ujian Tulis Berbasis Komputer (UTBK) untuk Seleksi Bersama Masuk Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (SBMPTN) Gelombang I Tahun 2021 telah berakhir pada Minggu (18/4). Sesi kedua ditutup pada pukul 17.30 Wita.

Secara umum, pelaksanaan UTBK SBMPTN di Pusat UTBK Unhas berlangsung lancar. Selain menyiapkan dukungan IT, juga dijalankan protokol kesehatan pada setiap lokasi dan ruangan yang berada di bawah kendali Pusat UTBK Unhas.

Tahun ini, Unhas menyiapkan penyelenggaraan UTBK SBMPTN pada 9 lokasi, yaitu 3 lokasi di lingkup Kampus Unhas Tamalanrea, 2 lokasi di lingkup Kampus Unhas Gowa, dan 4 lokasi pada mitra.

Jumlah total ruangan ujian yang dipersiapkan adalah sebanyak 53 ruangan, dimana distribusi ruangan pada masing-masing lokasi adalah:

Lokasi Unhas:

Tamalanrea 1, sebanyak 8 ruangan.
Tamalanrea 2, sebanyak 11 ruangan
Tamalanrea 3, sebanyak 6 ruangan
Gowa 1, sebanyak 4 ruangan
Gowa 2, sebanyak 4 ruangan

Lokasi Mitra Unhas:

FK UMI, sebanyak 3 ruangan
Universitas Fajar, sebanyak 4 ruangan
SMKN 4 Makassar, sebanyak 9 ruangan
SMA Kartika XX-1, sebanyak 4 ruangan

Secara keseluruhan, Pusat UTBK Unhas menyiapkan 1.035 unit komputer client yang akan digunakan oleh peserta. Selain itu, juga disiapkan sebanyak 143 unit komputer cadangan, dimana pada setiap ruangan ujian minimal terdapat 1 komputer cadangan.

Sejak pelaksanaan pada hari pertama (Senin, 12/4) hingga hari terakhir (Minggu, 18/4), data rekapitulasi kehadiran peserta adalah sebagai berikut:

Senin, 12/4:
Jumlah peserta 1.715 orang, tidak hadir 114 orang (tingkat kehadiran 93.35%)

Selasa, 13/4:
Jumlah peserta 1.894 orang, tidak hadir 80 orang (tingkat kehadiran 95.78%)

Rabu, 14/4:
Jumlah peserta 1.895 orang, tidak hadir 125 orang (tingkat kehadiran 93.40%)

Kamis, 15/4:
Jumlah peserta 1.894 orang, tidak hadir 92 orang (tingkat kehadiran 95.14%)

Jum’at, 16/4:
Jumlah peserta 2.069 orang, tidak hadir 102 orang (tingkat kehadiran 95.07%)

Sabtu, 17/4:
Jumlah peserta 1.894 orang, tidak hadir 87 orang (tingkat kehadiran 95.41%)

Minggu, 18/4:
Jumlah peserta 1.893 orang, tidak hadir 65 orang (tingkat kehadiran 96.57%)

Hingga akhir pelaksanaan UTBK SBMPTN di Pusat UTBK Unhas, tercatat sebanyak 665 peserta yang tidak hadir tanpa ada kabar atau alasan. Jumlah peserta yang terdaftar dan seharusnya mengikuti ujian pada Gelombang I ini adalah 13.254 peserta. Dengan demikian, tingkat kehadiran peserta mencapai 95%.

Dengan berakhir pelaksanaan UTBK SBMPTN Gelombang I, maka Pusat UTBK Unhas selanjutnya akan mempersiapkan pelaksanaan UTBK SBMPTN Gelombang II akan mulai berlangsung pada tanggal 26 April 2021.(*/ir)
