UPH Adakan Sentra Vaksin Bagi Publik dan Mahasiswa

KATACARA, JAKARTA – Sebagai salah satu bentuk Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, yakni Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat, Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH) mendukung program Herd Immunity pemerintah, UPH mengadakan sentra vaksin bagi masyarakat publik dan juga bagimahasiswa/i UPH.

Berlokasi di Pluit Village Lantai 2, Jl. Pluit Indah No 12, Pluit, Kecamatan Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara; sentra vaksin UPH akan berlangsung pada tanggal 17-26 Juni 2021 (tutup pada hari Minggu 20 Juni 2021). Sentra vaksin ini akan dibuka mulai pukul 09.00 hingga pukul 16.00 WIB setiap harinya.
Adapun persyaratan bagi penerima vaksin cukup mudah yakni

  1. Berusia minimal 18 tahun,
  2. Belum pernah menerima vaksin gotong royong sebelumnya
  3. Wajib melakukan pendaftaran secara daring terlebih dahulu, dan
  4. Khusus mahasiswa/i UPH, wajib menunjukkan smartcard UPH.

UPH menyediakan dua pendaftaran yang ditujukan untuk mengorganisir pendaftaran mahasiswa dan masyarakat umum agar lebih terkendali dan menghindari terjadinya penumpukkan antrian di lokasi sentra vaksin.

Masyarakat umum dapat mendaftar melalui bit.ly/sentravaksinuphumum sedangkan mahasiswa/i UPH yang ingin mendapatkan vaksin, dapat mendaftar melalui bit.ly/vaksinasimahasiswauph. Calon penerima vaksin dapat memilih tanggal vaksinasi sesuai ketersediaan yang ada pada formulir pendaftaran, kemudian akan menerima konfirmasi, lalu datang sesuai tanggal vaksinasi yang telah dipilih.


Rektor UPH, Dr. (H.C) Jonathan L. Parapak, M.Eng.Sc. antusias bahwa program ini dapat diterima dengan baik oleh masyarakat. “UPH melihat bahwa masih diperlukan sentra vaksin bagi masyarakat umum terutama untuk masyarakat produktif pemegang KTP luar Jabodetabek, yang bekerja di area Jabodetabek. Ini tentunya memerlukan partisipasi dari setiap institusi, selain inisiasi pemerintah. Kepedulian UPH membantu program pemerintah tentunya harus diwujudnyatakan dan kami bersyukur karena dengan terbukanya sentra vaksin UPH, maka makin banyak orang yang dapat dilayani.”


Lebih lanjut, Stephanie Riady, B.A., M.Ed., selaku Direktur Eksekutif Yayasan Pendidikan Pelita Harapan menyatakan “UPH memiliki tema Impact Lives artinya memberi dampak positif, sehingga kegiatan ini merupakan bukti bahwa UPH sangat memprioritaskan kesehatan dan keselamatan semua yang terlibat dalam program pendidikan di masa pandemi, termasuk masyarakat umum. Sebagai institusi pendidikan, UPH siap sedia membantu Gerakan Nasional Vaksinasi COVID-19 untuk mempercepat program kekebalan kelompok/herd immunity 1 tahun dari pemerintah.”


Sentra Vaksin UPH dilakukan dengan protokol kesehatan yang ketat termasuk penyemprotan disinfektan di lokasi sentra vaksin UPH.
